Anti Spam Policy. Can-Spam Act Compliance
My Cash NowTM is dedicated to ensuring compliance with the 'Can-Spam
Act', which took effect January 1, 2004. You may receive email from My
Cash NowTM in the following circumstances:
1. Acknowledging your application has been received and
requesting additional action
2. Requests for additional information to support your
current application
3. Response to your inquiries regarding the status of your loan, payment
due dates, extension requests and other transactional requests
4. Thanking you for your valued business
5. Advertisements for our products, services, changes in
services, new product availability
6. Advertisements for third party products and services where we have
determined that such product or service may be of interest to our
customers
To ensure compliance with the Can-Spam Act, My Cash NowTM has
implemented the following guidelines for email delivery:
1. All emails sent to you by My Cash NowTM will clearly identify My Cash
NowTM as the sender.
FROM / SENDER: My Cash NowTM
2. The Subject Line of any email you receive will always accurately
describe the subject matter of the email.
3. Any email from My Cash NowTM will include the ability to unsubscribe
from future email messages.
4. Unsubscribing will ensure the customer is removed from ALL lists at
My Cash NowTM; this excludes customer service emails regarding the
processing and status of a current loan application.
5. Advertising emails from My Cash NowTM will include information that
the email is an advertisement, either in the body or footer of the
email.
6. All emails sent to you directly by My Cash NowTM include valid postal

7. All third party marketing partners are required to comply with the

address and physical address where you can send suggestions, complaints
or other correspondence.

Third Party Can-Spam Compliance
In addition to the compliance issues described in Section 10, My Cash
NowTM requires third party marketers to comply with additional email
marketing requirements.
1. My Cash NowTM makes every effort to ensure that all third party
vendors comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act. This includes
contractual agreements to comply, approval of third party ads by 500
Fash CashTM prior to delivery, spot checks on third party emails and
other efforts deemed reasonable by 500 Fash CashTM in order to ensure
ongoing compliance.
2. Third party email may only be delivered to individuals who have
provided the third party marketer with direct or indirect permission to
email offers.
3. In the event of a complaint regarding a third party marketer, within
72 hours that marketing partner will provide the complainant with:
The website at which the complainant signed up
A link to the privacy policy of the sign-up site evidencing a privacy
policy which clearly indicates the complainant has given permission to
receive email offers.
The date the complainant signed up or opted in (and the time if
available)
The I.P. address from which the complainant signed up Information for
